How to Cancel MRPeasy Subscription
Choose between stopping payments and immediate MRPeasy account deletion, understanding both data consequences.

Export manufacturing records first; a deleted account cannot be restored even with a backup file.

How to cancel MRPeasy

- For immediate closure, sign in as administrator and open Settings, Account and Billing, Profile.
- Select Delete MRPeasy account and complete confirmation.
- If only stopping payments, the guide instead allows deleting Payment data; monitor the resulting access and deletion deadlines carefully.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Immediate deletion ends the account at once. Non-payment restricts access after fourteen days and deletes the account after twenty-eight days.

The FAQ says account deletion stops new charges but provides no refund.
Common questions
Can an MRPeasy backup restore a deleted account later?
No. The provider explicitly says deleted accounts cannot be restored, even when a backup file exists.
