How to Cancel Livestorm Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Livestorm
Purchased directly from Livestorm
- Sign in as an admin or workspace owner and open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Manage Subscription, then Cancel plan in the side panel.
- Read the data and access notice, acknowledge it and select a reason.
- Confirm cancellation and verify the resulting status in Billing.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features stay available until the billing cycle expires. Livestorm warns that event data is deleted after cancellation; export essential information before canceling.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
What if my workspace has an Enterprise contract?
Contact the account manager to arrange cancellation under that agreement. Do not assume the self-service flow applies to Enterprise.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
