Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Whereby
Purchased directly from Whereby
- Sign in as the account owner and open Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription below the plan details.
- Review the changes, finish confirmation and save the scheduled cancellation date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features continue until the prepaid period ends, then the account moves to the free plan.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

How do I confirm cancellation?
