How to cancel Luma AI / Dream Machine
Purchased directly from Luma AI / Dream Machine
- Sign in to Dream Machine on the Luma AI website.
- Open Account Settings and choose Manage Subscription.
- Use the plan-cancellation option, complete confirmation, and save the effective date.
- In the app, open your profile, then Subscription and the lightning icon to reach plan management.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check the final access date in your cancellation confirmation.
- Changing subscription status and deleting generated media are separate actions.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
