How to Cancel Pika Subscription

Before you cancel

Check the sign-in method used at purchase. Pika warns that Google and Apple sign-ins can lead to different accounts even for the same email.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Pika

Purchased directly from Pika

  1. Sign in to pika.art and open Subscription.
  2. Choose Adjust plan, then Downgrade to free.
  3. Continue through the prompts and confirm with Cancel plan.
  4. Recheck the subscription’s status and end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Pika, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The paid plan remains active until the current payment cycle ends.
  • Unused plan credits do not roll over. Separately bought top-ups have their own validity period.

Cancellation and refunds

Pika states that subscription payments and credit packs are non-refundable and that it does not refund the unused part of a paid period. Review Apple’s process for an Apple-billed purchase.
