How to Cancel Luminar Neo Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Luminar Neo
Purchased directly from Luminar Neo
- Sign in to your Skylum account from the website’s account control.
- Open My software.
- Choose Manage Subscription for the relevant product.
- Select Cancel Subscription beneath the main plan or Extra Seat, then complete the reason and confirmation prompts.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Review the resulting license status and any effective date shown. Keep that record together with the purchase receipt.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
