How to Cancel Pixieset Subscription
Pixieset cancellation can end access to the selected product. Review the effective date and back up client galleries first.

Before you cancel
Download your originals and important client information, and arrange replacement gallery links before ending the product.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Pixieset
Purchased directly from Pixieset
- Open the profile icon in Pixieset and choose Billing.
- Select Change Plan for the product you want to end.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
- Review the timing options and confirm. Yearly plans can offer immediate cancellation or cancellation at cycle end.
- Check other product plans, Suite subscriptions and add-ons separately.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access to the canceled product ends when cancellation takes effect. Collections may be retained temporarily and later deleted; do not treat that period as a backup.

Pixieset states that account cancellation does not provide a refund.
Common questions
Can I assume access always lasts to the next renewal?
No. The provider distinguishes cancellation timing, including an immediate option for yearly plans. Read and save the selected effective date before confirming.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
