How to Cancel Pic-Time Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Pic-Time
Purchased directly from Pic-Time
- Sign in to your Pic-Time account.
- Open Settings, then Plans & Billing.
- Select Cancel beside the relevant subscription.
- Choose Confirm Change and save the resulting plan status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The paid plan stays available for its remaining days, then the account moves to Free. Review Free-plan limitations and export anything you need beforehand.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Do I have to cancel the standard free trial?
The documented 30-day trial automatically downgrades to Free. If you manually upgraded to a paid plan, cancel that paid subscription instead of relying on trial expiry.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
