How to Cancel Zenfolio Classic Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Zenfolio Classic
Purchased directly from Zenfolio Classic
- In Zenfolio Classic, open your username, then Account.
- Go to Billing and My Subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
- Review the warning, check Yes, I Understand, then select Cancel Subscription.
- Save confirmation; the guide requests cancellation at least two business days before renewal.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues until the current subscription period ends. Back up galleries individually before closure; the guide does not offer a single export for all galleries.
Cancellation and refunds
Request a refund review separately. The official cancellation guide and billing FAQ describe eligibility differently; retain your dated receipt and obtain a written decision.
Common questions
Will Zenfolio automatically refund the renewal?
Do not assume that. The cancellation guide describes limited exceptions, while the billing FAQ mentions a 30-day annual-payment window. Ask support to confirm eligibility for your specific charge.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
