How to Cancel NordLocker Subscription

Before you cancel

Download and verify a separate copy of important files before changing your storage plan. Record the current storage allowance and renewal date.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel NordLocker

Purchased directly from NordLocker

  1. Sign in to Nord Account.
  2. Open Billing and locate NordLocker under Subscriptions.
  3. Select Cancel and complete the confirmation shown.
  4. Save the updated automatic-renewal setting and effective date.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check your account for the applicable access and storage limits after the paid term. Ask support before relying on continued storage above the free allowance.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Is cancellation a refund?

No. The provider says cancelling during a paid service period does not automatically return the payment.
