How to Cancel NordPass Subscription

Stop NordPass auto-renewal in Nord Account, or cancel through the mobile store on your receipt.

Before you cancel

Select NordPass specifically if your account contains other Nord products. Review what features you need after paid access ends.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel NordPass

Purchased directly from NordPass

  1. Sign in to Nord Account and open Billing.
  2. Choose the Subscriptions tab and locate NordPass.
  3. Select Cancel and confirm Cancel auto-renewal.
  4. Save the resulting renewal status and access date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select NordPass, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select NordPass, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the NordPass subscription record for the remaining term. Review other Nord subscriptions separately.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Does this cancel NordVPN as well?

Do not assume so. Match each product and subscription entry to its receipt.

Does turning off renewal request money back?

No. NordPass requires a separate refund request under its money-back policy.
