How to Cancel Notta Subscription

Cancel Notta through the original purchase platform and verify the Non-renewable status for website subscriptions.

Before you cancel

Allow at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Notta

Purchased directly from Notta

  1. Open Notta on a computer and sign in.
  2. Open your profile image and Billing.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription at the bottom and confirm it on the next screen.
  4. Check that the payment status changes from Auto-renewal to Non-renewable.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Notta, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Notta, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid access continues until the current billing cycle ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Notta states that remaining subscription days are non-refundable. Ask the original billing provider to review any incorrect charge.
