Before you cancel
Use a team administrator account for a Team subscription. Check the plan and renewal date.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Tactiq
Purchased directly from Tactiq
- Open Account & Settings, then Billing.
- Scroll to Billing actions and select Cancel the subscription.
- Complete feedback and confirm cancellation.
- Reopen Billing and save the resulting status and end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features continue until cycle end, then Free-plan limits apply.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I resume before the end date?
Yes. Billing offers Resume the subscription while the current cycle is still active.
Where can I check PayPal billing?
In PayPal, open Payments and its subscriptions/saved-businesses area, then find Tactiq. Also verify the Tactiq billing status.
