How to cancel Ordoro

- Open Account Settings, Billing and choose Cancel your account.
- Select the relevant reasons and submit the cancellation request.
- Save confirmation that closure will be processed before the next billing date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Account data is deleted within thirty days and the username archived after ninety days.
Cancellation and refunds
If a USPS account is provided through Ordoro, it closes and remaining postage is refunded within thirty days; this does not establish a subscription-fee refund.
