Before you cancel

PDF Guru offers different billing periods. Record the exact renewal deadline from checkout or the confirmation email and act before it.

Help with cancellation

  1. Write from the purchase email address and identify the subscription using its receipt.
  2. Ask support to stop renewal and provide written confirmation of the effective date.

An unanswered request is not yet confirmation that billing has stopped.

Email provider support

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • PDF Guru says access continues until the current paid period ends.
  • Keep a local copy of important documents before that date.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

Common questions

Is closing the editor enough?

Why do I see another offer?
