How to Cancel pdfFiller Subscription

Cancel pdfFiller renewal from the subscription settings for a web purchase. Apple and Google purchases must be ended in the corresponding store.

Before you cancel

Download documents you need before access changes. For a trial, pdfFiller recommends canceling at least 24 hours before its end.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

  1. Sign in and open your profile, then My Account.
  2. Open Subscription & payment and choose Cancel subscription.
  3. Complete the remaining prompts and keep the cancellation email.

Billed by Apple

  1. Open the Apple subscriptions list for the Apple Account on your receipt and select pdfFiller.
  2. Choose the cancellation option, complete confirmation, and record the expiry date.

Use this route only when Apple billed the purchase. A website payment made on an iPhone is not necessarily an App Store subscription.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions using the Google account on your receipt and select pdfFiller.
  2. Complete cancellation and check the resulting subscription status.

If the plan is missing, compare the receipt with your other Google accounts before trying a different billing route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid access lasts until the billing period ends.
  • pdfFiller describes a subsequent 30-day document download grace period; export early rather than relying on the final day.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal; it does not by itself return a previous payment. Ask the company that billed you to review the charge and provide its current refund terms.

Common questions

Can I cancel by removing the app?

Use the billing route on your receipt and verify cancellation. Removing an app is not a billing confirmation.

What if the website cannot find my plan?

Check whether Apple or Google issued the receipt, or whether another email address owns the subscription.
