How to Cancel Prezi Subscription
Cancel Prezi from the License tab and complete the questionnaire. Pausing the plan is a different option.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Prezi
Purchased directly from Prezi
- Open Account Settings and select License.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and continue with cancellation if offered a pause.
- Answer the questionnaire and select Continue.
- Save the confirmation email and check when the current license expires.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Existing presentations retain their privacy status after expiry, but editing and creating presentations are disabled. Moving to a free plan changes privacy controls.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

How does a team administrator cancel?
Open your name menu, choose Admin console and Plan & Billing, then use Cancel Subscription under Subscription details.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
