How to Cancel Semrush Subscription
Semrush cancellation includes an emailed confirmation link and support processing. Submitting the form is only the first step.

Before you cancel
Identify every paid toolkit, app, and add-on. Legacy Pro, Guru, and Business plans are handled under the SEO Toolkit option.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Semrush
Purchased directly from Semrush
- Sign in to the paid account and open the cancellation form linked in Semrush help.
- Choose the relevant toolkit, or all subscriptions if that is your intention, and submit.
- Open the confirmation email and follow its link within 24 hours.
- Wait for the completed-cancellation email and check Subscription Info.
- Verify that recurring billing is marked Inactive; contact support if it remains Active.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Keep the final completion email and check separate App Center purchases or add-ons for any remaining renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I cancel just one toolkit?
Yes. Select the intended toolkit carefully; use the all-subscriptions option only when that matches your goal.
