How to Cancel Surfer Subscription
Cancel Surfer from the subscription controls in your account, then verify the displayed end date.

Before you cancel
Use the owner or administrator account. Save any work you will need outside the paid tools.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Surfer
Purchased directly from Surfer
- Open your profile, Settings, then Billing.
- Find Your Subscription and select Cancel.
- Complete confirmation.
- Look for the Ends in information and a Reactivate option, and save the date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Tools remain available until the current billing period ends. Returning later may mean paying the then-current price.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why do I see Reactivate instead of Cancel?
The plan may already be scheduled to end. Confirm the accompanying end-date information.
