How to Cancel Streamlabs Ultra Subscription

How to cancel Streamlabs Ultra

Purchased directly from Streamlabs Ultra

  1. Sign in to the Streamlabs global account page and open Your Plan.
  2. Choose Cancel Plan, then Cancel Ultra.
  3. Acknowledge the loss of Ultra features and confirm.
  4. Save the canceled status and benefit end date shown on the account.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Streamlabs Ultra, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Streamlabs Ultra, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Ultra benefits end on the date shown in the confirmation. Review the affected Streamlabs products before switching to the free offering.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why does the website say cancellation is unavailable here?

That message can indicate a mobile-store purchase. Check the receipt and cancel through Apple or Google Play when they handle the subscription.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
