How to Cancel SurveyPlanet Subscription
Cancel SurveyPlanet Pro on the license listed in Billing. Keep the confirmation for the correct user license.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel SurveyPlanet
Purchased directly from SurveyPlanet
- Open the top-right menu and choose Account.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Find the license assigned to you and choose Cancel.
- Confirm in the dialog and verify the resulting subscription details.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Pro features remain available through the current billing cycle and automatic billing stops afterward.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Where can I check which card and amount were charged?
Open Billing History under Billing Details. SurveyPlanet lists payment dates, charged cards and amounts there, which can help match a payment to the canceled license.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
