Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Tally Forms
Purchased directly from Tally Forms
- Open Settings from the Tally dashboard.
- Select Billing and Manage subscription.
- Choose the plan cancellation option in the billing controls.
- Complete confirmation and save the end date of the prepaid monthly or annual period.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation is recorded immediately, while Pro or Business features stop at the end of the paid cycle.
Cancellation and refunds
Tally’s published policy excludes refunds for late cancellation or unused time.
Common questions
Is deleting my Tally account necessary?
No. Account deletion permanently removes forms, workspaces and submissions. Use the billing cancellation route when you only want to stop the paid plan.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
