How to Cancel SurveySparrow Subscription
Downgrade SurveySparrow to Free through Billing Details if your goal is to stop paying. Permanent account deletion is a separate choice.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel SurveySparrow
Purchased directly from SurveySparrow
- Sign in to the affected SurveySparrow workspace.
- Open Settings and Billing Details.
- Choose the downgrade to the free plan and finish the displayed process.
- Record the resulting plan and effective date; contact the billing team if assistance is needed.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Review which survey features remain available on Free before the paid plan ends. Export responses you need for your records.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Is an approved unused-time credit a cash refund?
No. The cancellation article says eligible prorated credits are reviewed by Billing and remain on the account for future use. Do not assume a payment will be returned to your card.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
