How to Cancel Toggl Track Subscription
Cancel Toggl Track through the organization’s Subscription page. Removing team members alone does not stop plan billing.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Toggl Track
Purchased directly from Toggl Track
- Open Subscription from the left menu in Toggl Track.
- Find the app with the active subscription and open its three-dot menu.
- Choose the cancellation action and work through the confirmation screens.
- Finish cancellation at the last step and record the end of the paid cycle.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The organization retains paid access for the current cycle. Cancellation does not refund that period.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will removing people reduce the bill automatically?
Not necessarily. Vacant licenses remain billable until an admin removes them from Subscription. To end the whole paid plan, complete subscription cancellation.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
