How to Cancel Webflow Subscription
Webflow Site plans and Workspace plans are separate subscriptions. Cancel each paid item you actually want to stop.

Before you cancel
Back up your site and arrange replacement hosting first: ending a Site plan unpublishes its custom domains and staging site. Remove applicable add-ons before downgrading.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Webflow
Purchased directly from Webflow
- Open the site Settings, then Plans and the Website tab.
- Choose downgrade to Starter and continue through the reason and confirmation.
- Save the banner showing the scheduled end date. Use an immediate downgrade only if you intend to unpublish now.
Cancel a paid Workspace plan
- Review seat and unhosted-site limits; remove team members and seats as required.
- Open Workspace Plans and select downgrade to Starter.
- Complete the reason and confirmation; check whether you selected term-end or immediate cancellation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The scheduled Site downgrade takes effect at term end. Confirm both site and workspace billing afterward.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Will cancelling my Site plan cancel my Workspace plan?
No. Review Workspace billing separately.
Can I keep the site live until the paid term ends?
Use the scheduled downgrade and verify its date; the immediate option changes service sooner.
