How to Cancel Wordwall Subscription
Use Wordwall’s payment-management page to end the paid subscription while keeping existing activities.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Wordwall
Purchased directly from Wordwall
- Sign in and open the account menu at the top right.
- Choose Manage Payments.
- Select Cancel Subscription and complete confirmation.
- Save the effective date and download needed PDF invoices from Manage Payments.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Wordwall says existing My Activities resources, published links and embeds remain playable after cancellation. Creating or editing activities is no longer available.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will existing activities disappear?
The official pricing FAQ says they remain accessible and playable. Export anything you need to retain independently before changing the plan.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
