Before you cancel
Check the correct workspace and token balance. Save generated assets you want available outside the service.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Leonardo.Ai
Purchased directly from Leonardo.Ai
- Open Settings from the lower-left sidebar.
- Under Workspace Settings, choose Subscription and Billing.
- Under Your Plan, select Cancel Plan and finish with Proceed with Cancellation.
- Reopen billing and check the message that your plan will change to Free on the displayed date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The paid plan and current tokens remain available until the next renewal date.
- Unused tokens expire when that date arrives.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
How do I know cancellation succeeded?
Subscription and Billing shows a scheduled change to Free and its date.
Do I lose tokens immediately?
The cancellation guide says current tokens remain until the paid period ends, then unused tokens expire.
