How to cancel Krea
Purchased directly from Krea
- Sign in to the Krea account that pays for the plan.
- Open account settings and locate the recurring subscription controls.
- Choose the cancellation or auto-renewal opt-out and complete the confirmation before the current term ends.
- Record the resulting end date; contact Krea through its official support channel if it remains unclear.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Krea’s terms say a canceled subscription runs through its current paid term and then does not renew.
- Do not assume that a separate credit purchase or other paid service is canceled by changing one plan.
Cancellation and refunds
